This report focuses on carrots.

Body

Carrots are good for your eyes. Carrots help your vision by making your vision clear and helping your vision. Carrots are vitamin A. The vitamin A is called carotene. Carotene is named after carrots. Carotene is substance which the body converts into vitamin A, an important nutrient for your eyes health. Carrots can improve your eyesight. They contain beta carotene, which is turned into vitamin a by the liver.

Carrots can also make you see in the dark. Eating too many carrots can be dangerous, so don’t overdo it. Most experts agree that carrots make your vision better, but some do not.

Conclusion

Carrots are vitamin a and vitamin c. There are 5 different sorts of carrots. Carrots real colour is purple.
