Introduction
This report focuses on water, how water affects our body and what it does to our system.
Body
Our blood has 80% of water in it and 25% of fat is water. On a normal day our body looses 2.4 litres of water (which also mean 10 cups) and this figure is higher on warmer days. Children are very susceptible to dehydration like cold skin and dry mouth. Dehydration is when your body doesn’t have enough water. It looks like a blue tinge to the skin as the circulation slows and depressed front eye on the skull.
We need water because our body is unable to store water for a length of time and needs fresh supplies every day due to losses from lungs and skin.
Water is needed in the body to maintain health and keep the blood stream liquid enough to flow through the blood vessels. If we don’t have water up to 1 or 2 days we will die.
Conclusion
In conclusion water is important to our body, and helps shift nutrients in the blood around the body.
