Introduction

This report focuses on ice cream, and how it is made.

Body

Ice cream is made of dairy products. It contains sugar, milk, or goat milk. Dairy products also makes gelato, sorbet, frozen yoghurt, or frozen custard. Ice cream is a frozen desert with fattening products in it. It is made by people, and ice cream is thousands of years old. It comes from New Zealand /Australia/ Japan and other countries. Ice cream cones come from salta, and argentina.

Ice cream is made in a ice cream maker. Homemade ice cream is made by adding liquid nitrogen to ilk while stirring with a wooden spoon or spatula.

How does ice-cream affect your body?, Ice cream is greater than 10% milk fat and is usually between 10% and is as high as 16% fat in some premium ice creams. It is 9% to 12% milk solids not fat, also known as serum solids contains the proteins. Children need fewer than 2000 calories a day. A 100 gm ice cream has 195 calories which is a large part of the daily calorie intake. If we consume calories in excess of what we need they get turned into fat.

Conclusion

Ice CReam has been around for many years.
