Introduction

This report focuses on meat, what it is and How it affects our body?

Body

Meat is the flesh of an animal. Meat contains fat, oils, minerals, protein, amino acids, zinc, Vitamin B12 and K2. Meat gives a lot of protein and helps by giving us lots of energy. It also helps by healing cuts and scrapes.

Too much meat can cause obesity, heats disease, and constipation if eaten often.

The word meat comes from the old English word mete, which is referred to food in general. Hunting meat is a tradition in some countries. Queen Elizabeth the first used to hunt quite often herself.

These types of meat contain different amounts of calories, protein, carbs and fat for different sources. Fish; 110-140 calories, 20-25 g of protein, o carbs, and 1-5 g of fat. Chicken breast; 160 calories, 28 g of protein, o carbs, and 7g of fat. Lamb; 250 calories, 30 g of protein, o carbs, and 14g of fat. Steak; 450 calories, 25 g of protein, o carbs, and 35g of fat.

Conclusion

Meat gives a lot of energy and protein. Without it, it would be hard to get

those things. It helps us heal the damaged bits on our body. Though if we eat it a lot it could be dangerous. But if we eat sometimes it is good and nutritious.
