Some seeds can help you with disease these are some seeds that can help…Almonds, Brazil nuts, cashew nuts, pecans and lots more. Seasame seeds are the most mineral-rich foods in the world and a potent source of calcium, magnesium, copper, iron, zinc, vitamins, and fibre. There are millions of seeds in the whole world. The fastest seed that grows quicker is the squash seed. Seeds are a vegetable that you can plant and eat. It can grow into different plants. The seeds inside the packets you buy from a shop are dry and hard. This helps by protecting them from diseases, being eaten by insects and jury. Seeds come from fruits and even vegetables.






Conclusion


Seeds can help diseases and help with colds and flu. Flax seed can help with that.
