Introduction

This report focuses on the cucumber. My question is how the vitamins inside a cucumber help you.

Body

The cucumber contains most of the vitamins you need everyday. Just one cucumber contains vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B3, Vitamins B5, Vitamin B6, folic acid, Vitamin C, Calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium and zinc.

Cucumber is the healthiest vegetable in New Zealand. You can put cucumber in your gardens and it will get rid of slugs and snails and all those other garden pests and make them flee the area.

Cucumber can be used for cleaning mirrors, kitchen sinks and all sorts of other things. Cucumber can help headaches and hangovers. If you eat cucumber before bed you will wake up in the morning with no head-ache or hangover. You will feel refreshed and ready for a new day.

Conclusion

In conclusion, the cucumber can help you a lot it stops sick tummies and helps you get really strong. You have to eat lots of cucumber.
