Introduction
This report focuses on What is water, How is water important to our body and How does water get used in your body.
Body
What is water? Water is a type of fluid and its a nutrient. All living things need water to live.
How important is water to our body? Water breaks down the nutrients in your body. Water also move the nutrients to the bloodstream and dissolves the wastes. If you do not drink enough water your joints will not go smoothly, you will go rusty and you will crack your bones.
How does our body use water? The water works in our body by taking the water to the bones so they can go smooth and they go to the bloodstream and takes out the germs and then it goes to the wastes. We need 72 of water in our body. When need a lot of water to live and water is the most important thing in our body.
