Cross Country Race

Yesterday was the school cross country. Everybody in the school went excepted Cullum and Jamie. When it was the year threes and fours turn to race the other kids and me went up to the trees to start the race. Mrs Amey said “ ready set go” we had to run down the long muddy driveway and on to the prickly grass. We had to run though the bumpy grass. I twisted my ankle in the bumpy grass. I went on the stones. We ran though a paddock and up to the finish line.

After the race I was really happy that I had made it. I came first out of the year threes and fours race. My Nana and my Mum said “well done you did great. I had lots of fun.
