Cross Country Race

On the 20^th of May I did cross – country. Before I did my race it was fun watching other people, I wasn’t scared and my legs were pumping madly, I wanted to run after the racers and join I was happy the whole time because I was thinking only of my races and me being of one of the 6 racers that came 1st, 2^nd, 3^rd, 4^th, 5^th, and 6^th in my race. It was nice sitting watching other people but it was boring because there was nothing to do. I think cross-country is awesome because we get together as a school and race.

I was so happy after my race on the 20^th of may I could not think that I came 3^rd and I beat Caelan to the finish line by a meter and I was so happy because I got through. I was so happy I could have done another lap and run past all of them. I went to Donna because I wanted to tell her I came 3^rd. I will remember being third in cross-country for a long time to come.
