The vitamins in apples are the a,c,e and some b vitamins
. Vitamin A is a vitamin that is needed by the retina of the eye. This molecule is absolutely necessary for colour vision. Vitamin A appears to function in maintaining normal skin health. Vitamin A is especially important for pregnant and breastfeeding woman. To end high vitamin A intake has been associated with spontaneous fractures in animals.
B Vitamins need to be eaten daily as they are not stored in the body but used as required. Because any B Vitamins we don’t need are flushed through our urine it’s hard to consume too much. Women who are pregnant or planning on pregnancy should take daily supplement of 800ug folic acid.
Vitamin C is a antioxidant that heals wounds and gives you healthy connective tissue, teeth and gums. Vitamin C is most found in citrus fruits and juices, red and green capsicums and tomatoes and kiwi fruits. It is needed when you have scurvy, sore gums, poor wound healing and leaky capillaries. Vitamin E is a antioxidant that you need when you have neuromuscular disorder and immature death of red blood cells. It is mostly found in vegetable oils, margarine, green vegetables, nuts, cereals, eggs and seeds.

In conclusion, apples do not have 1 vitamin they have 4 so apples are super food. They are also very healthy
