On Thursday we went to the cross country . first we watched the year 1 and 2s race. When I was up and racing I said to myself "I can do this". Mrs Tornquist said "GO!" with a voice like an elephant. I was as fast as a lightening bolt. I was proud of myself. When the race was over, I came 3rd. I've never came third in my life. I was happy and amazed. Mum was happy too. Yeah I'm going to Bainesse.
It was all over my legs were sore and weak. My arms were sore. I was as hot as the dun. I told mum that I came third. She was happy as a clown. Man I was exhausted!
